Overview:

The Southeast Iowa Officials Association, Inc. (SEIOA) firmly believes that high school athletics are a vital component of the academic experience. In support of that belief, the SEIOA annually sponsors a College Scholarship Program to reward student-athletes who succeed in the classroom while balancing a commitment to high school athletics.

The SEIOA College Scholarship Program is funded by dues payments from SEIOA members. The SIOA will grant two $300 scholarships to two male and two female student-athlete attending a high school that is served by our association.

Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis. The SEIOA College Scholarship Program Selection Committee determines the two recipients after reviewing all of the applications.
